We all have different backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives that when brought together benefits the organization, however, our differences, at times, can also be viewed as negative or what prevents “equal” opportunities to level the playing field.

Our Story
Working in Corporate America as a woman or person of color, you quickly learn how to navigate the challenges that come our way. After excelling in our personal careers and businesses, we began to build a community to offer support to one another. Organizations soon reached out to us to consult, teach, or train their leaders on best practices to move their goals forward. We saw great results and decided to expand our reach. This led to the launch of The Diverse Group in 2019. At the time, we only conducted private sessions to help our clients. In 2020, during the pandemic and after the death of George Floyd, we realized the civil unrest took a toll on us as well. We added additional departments like Health & Wellness and Community Development services to aid in a way forward. In 2021, we understood, it was time to expand outside of our private networks and to become more public with our offerings. We are The Diverse Group.
